The regex for -isystem matching is broken. -[D,I,Usystem] matches "-D", "-,", "-I", "-U", "-s" "-y", etc. Besides that, "-isystem /foo" gets interpreted as "-i" with a non-empty value "system" and thus the next "/foo" argument is not read.
