Get rid of numerical jacobians

TODO:

• jacobian_apply_volume() (!12 (merged))
• jacobian_apply_boundary() (!16 (merged))

The remaining two Jacobians are of lesser importance, as they are only needed in the Matrix-based variants

• jacobian_volume()
• jacobian_boundary()
