clang-format: Respect IndentWrappedFunctionNames when aligning colons

Before:
  - (void)shortf:(GTMFoo *)theFoo
  dontAlignNamef:(NSRect)theRect {
  }

After:
  - (void)shortf:(GTMFoo *)theFoo
      dontAlignNamef:(NSRect)theRect {
  }
