Initialize StandardConversionSequence correctly 

MSAN detected a path that leaves DeprecatedStringLiteralToCharPtr uninitialized.
UserDefinedConversionSequence::First is a StandardConversionSequence that must
be initialized with setAsIdentityConversion.
