[analyzer] Introduce libclangStaticAnalyzerFrontend and move Checkers/AnalysisConsumer.cpp into Frontend lib.

Rename the 'EntoSA' directories to 'StaticAnalyzer'.

Internally we will still use the 'ento' namespace
for the analyzer engine (unless there are further
sabre rattlings...).
