[debian] refactor/rename/cleanup

I'm cleaning up some needlessly long names, unused images, and refactor some install routines:

• full-clion* -> clion*
• full-interactive* -> qtcreator*
• got rid of minimal-interactive-nvidia.

This is ofc automagically reflected for the unstable* prefix.
