Due to the changes in dune-grid 799e3faa514c1f7b45b2494a58f865cc7a3ec5b1 each grid implementation must provide
the methods leaf- and levelGridView. Its just a copy-past of the original implementation.
The old versions are forwarded to the new ones, to switch them off easily.
