this automagically handles all compares for vector types too

- bracket etc placement is not whitespace
- typos
- include guards

- run it only once across builders
- set binary name via git-config.env and install it too

dune-common turns on c++14 automatically, so it's natively
available, leading to ambiguous calls

This makes all variants of *AccessBy* behave in the same way:
no deletion on the original Pointer/Object happens when the
Access object goes out of scope.
