Resolved grid_provider files to local (deleted).
Resolved travis.yml to local except that it includes the new licence header now.

but add an additional "traditional" build

Split some commands into different sections for better log viewing.
Use -j2 for manual bexec make commands as dunecontrol cannot add
MAKE_FLAGS from opts to those.
